That wasn’t left anywhere near the site of the twin towers was it?
When I visited there, about a year afterwards, those kind of life motos were scribbled all over the scaffolding and barriors erected around the wreckage inside.

I’m not actually sure where it’s from originally, but from the look of the photo, it could very well be one of the signs that you’re talking about. It looks like it’s been attached to a fence of some sort and there is a lot of scribbling around it.
